The daily routine will require the candidate to be on their feet nearly 100% of the time and includes walking, standing, reaching, lifting, stooping or bending.\nJob Duties for the Mill Setup Operator are\nResponsible for setting up rips, sanders, stickers, double ender, shaper, and plainer\nBack up for wax kiln process\nEnsure quality product is being produced and resolving issues when they arise with equipment\nAs time permits will operate equipment in mill / or help in the yard or plainer room\nAll other duties as assigned\nSkills/ Qualifications for the Saw Operator are\nHigh School Diploma/GED\nJudgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills\nInterpersonal skills, with willingness to constructively address issues\nFlexibility to learn, to accept new challenges, and to perform multiple role\nTeam player, offering help without being asked wherever the help is needed\nAbility to learn to operate Forklift\nBasic computer skills\nThe hourly range indicated in this posting represents a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position.
