Office Assistant/Receptionist

Job Overview Full time front office position available during the tax season (January – April). The position would be a yearly reoccurring job opportunity if desired with opportunities for advancement. We are seeking a detail-oriented office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily office tasks and ensure smooth operations within the office environment. Responsibilities - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, scanning and organizing documents - Utilize computerized systems for data management and record-keeping - Assist with administrative tasks to support office operations - Greet and assist clients in a professional manner - Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel Requirements - Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Proficiency in using computer software is a must - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: Paid time off Experience: Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required) Customer service: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Hinckley, MN 55037 (Required) Work Location: In person
