The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nThe “ Analyst, Application Technology ” will be based in West Columbia, SC reporting to the Director, IT. In charge of providing technical administrative and implementations holds up for one or more applications. Ensuring ITIL practices are followed diligently at all times. EIS implementation solutions, designed around the web. Methods product and align the IT services provided with the needs of the Business. While the primary focus is on the stability of the systems, architecting, design, installation and setup of the application/s are other core controls for this role\n\nWhat a typical day looks like:\n\nDiligently manage and coordinate all aspects of projects assigned to ensure proper design and solution.\nParticipate in strategic planning and development of the enterprise architecture.\nDefine, design, implement and holds up infrastructure & application solutions.\nPrepare Standard Operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the applications and underlying systems.\nEnsure knowledge pertaining to new implementations and technologies are adequately divided into the team.\nEnsure adequate monitoring and controls are in place to ensure stability of the solutions, Service-Now incidents and Baan.\nEstablish clear communication channels and ensure proper feedback mechanisms are in place with customers, peers and cross functional teams.\nAdherence to Service level acceptance accord with the Business. Ensure timely reviews with stakeholders.\nEnsure proper backup and retention polices are in place to ensure minimum data loss to the business in case of failures.\nEnsure minimum ‘MTTR (Mean time to Repair)’ while fixing problems.
