actionable insights for clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for healthcare analytics.Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable BI solutions.Work with large healthcare datasets such as claims, patient records, provider data, and financial data.Build data models, calculated fields, parameters, and Tableau data sources to support reporting needs.Optimize dashboard performance, data extracts, and queries.Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability.Implement best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and dashboard usability.Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations.Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.Mentor junior developers and establish BI governance and development standards.Required Skills & Experience8–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau development.Strong experience in: Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud, Dashboard design & performance tuningStrong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing environments.Good understanding of data modeling concepts.Healthcare Domain Expertise (Mandatory)Experience working with healthcare data such as:Claims and billing dataElectronic Health Records (EHR)Provider and patient analyticsHealthcare quality metricsPopulation health analyticsFamiliarity with healthcare standards such as:ICD / CPT codesHIPAA complianceHL7 / FHIR (preferred)Preferred SkillsExperience with ETL and ELTKnowledge of Python or R for data analysis.Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or other cloud data warehouses.Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP analytics ecosystems.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.EducationBachelor's
