This role ensures efficient deployment of drone missions, real-time operational support, and alignment with customer requirements, regulatory compliance, and company priorities.\r\nThis is a full-time, on-site role in Mesa, AZ.\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nDispatch & Scheduling:\r\nCoordinate daily and long-range scheduling of drone pilots nationwide.\r\nAssign missions based on pilot availability, certifications, geography, and equipment.\r\nOptimise routing and deployment efficiency to reduce downtime and travel costs.\r\nMaintain real-time dispatch board and adjust schedules dynamically.\r\nPilot Coordination:\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for field drone pilots.\r\nCommunicate mission details, updates, weather conditions, and operational changes.\r\nTrack pilot status (en route, on-site, mission complete, delayed, etc.).\r\nOperational Support:\r\nMonitor active missions and provide real-time support or escalation.\r\nCoordinate with maintenance, logistics, and customer teams.\r\nEnsure compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.\r\nSystems & Reporting:\r\nUse dispatch, fleet management, and airspace tools (e.g. LAANC, flight planning software).\r\nTrack KPIs such as utilisation rates, mission completion times, and pilot productivity.\r\nGenerate daily/weekly operational reports.\r\nCustomer & Internal Coordination:\r\nInterface with clients to confirm schedules and service expectations.\r\nWork closely with sales and operations leadership to prioritise high-value missions.\r\nQualifications:\r\nRequired:\r\n2–5+ years in dispatch, logistics, operations coordination, or similar role.\r\nExperience managing remote field teams across multiple regions.\r\nStrong organisational and multitasking skills.\r\nAbility to work in fast-paced, real-time operational environments.\r\nPreferred:\r\nExperience with drone/UAS operations.\r\nFamiliarity with FAA Part 107 regulations.\r\nBackground in aviation dispatch, logistics technology, or field service operations.\r\nExperience with dispatch or fleet software platforms.\r\n\"We are an equal opportunity employer committed to employment equity utilizing hiring practices on merit and business needs.
