Client Services Associate

If you thrive in a service-focused environment and are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals, this position is perfect for you.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for client service requests via phone, email, and secure messaging.Assist clients with account maintenance, service requests, and general inquiries.Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions.Ensure clients are met with a first-class experience during in-person client interactions.Proactively identify and execute on opportunities to improve our client experience.Coordinate onboarding and welcome processes for new clients.Provide clients with timely updates on requests and account changes.Process new account openings, account transfers, and account maintenance requests.Prepare and review paperwork for accuracy and completeness before submission to custodians.Work with custodians’ back-office teams to ensure timely processing.Assist advisors in preparing client meeting materials, reports, and presentations.Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client meetings.Maintain accurate client records within the firm’s CRM and document management systems.Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.Maintain client documentation and records in accordance with SEC and firm guidelines.Support operational workflows related to trading requests, money movements, and account updates.QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years of experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, or an RIA environment is required.Bachelor’s degree in English or communication-based study, business or finance is preferred.SKILLS & COMPETENCIESClient-first mindset and strong service orientationStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems or other related software (e.g., Black Diamond, Salesforce, Wealthbox)Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offPaid trainingExperience:banking, RIA, financial services, or wealth management: 3 years (Preferred)
