Manages employees effectively according to company policies, procedures and guidelines. Delivers food during peak hours of operation. Responsible for start-up of equipment and processes (opening shift) and shut down of shift (closing shift). Manages cash flow throughout shift, makes deposits to safe and bank utilizing cash deposit procedures. Responsible for administrative paperwork to include reports, inventory and ordering as necessary.
