{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"847e77272f89b11f91bd7cc5","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/847e77272f89b11f91bd7cc5","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/847e77272f89b11f91bd7cc5","title":"Microsoft Dynamics Sr Developer","description":"Job Family:\nSAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting\n\nTravel Required:\nUp to 25%\n\nClearance Required:\nAbility to Obtain Public Trust\nWhat You Will Do:\nGuidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support our client’s Case Management systems.\nWork with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying risks and mitigating them during the design phase.\nBe responsible for high-quality project outcomes and collaborate closely with the client, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts.\nGather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client architectural and business needs.\nContribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.\nParticipate in data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.\nTranslate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.\nDevelop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.\nDesign and support the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for custom code or data migration requirements.\nConduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.\nRefine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solution.\nEnhance the efficiency of the development, testing, and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations.\nDocument technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.\nTravel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required.\nWhat You Will Need:\nUS Citizenship is contractually required for this role.\nUS equivalent Bachelor’s Degree is required.\nMinimum of seven (7) years of professional experience.\nMinimum of four (4) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).\nSelected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites when needed.\nExperience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.\nExperience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGreat interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.\nExperience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform.\nCore skills to include C#, SQL, .Net, and related technologies.\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nExperience supporting case management systems.\nExperience with client-facing demos and presentations.\nExperience creating user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.\nExperience with data migration requirements and custom code implementations.\nExperience improving development, testing, and release processes through tools and frameworks.\nExperience working in a consulting or professional services environment.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00.
