sign and seal technical reports.\n\nReview all reports before submittal to the client for completeness and accuracy.\n\nIdentify and pursue new opportunities to grow geotechnical engineering services.\n\nKey Criteria and Requirements\n\nMSCE with at least 5 years of Geotechnical Engineering experience, or BSCE with at least 10 years of Geotechnical Engineering experience.\n\nProfessional Engineer license in the State of Texas.\n\nExperience in TxDOT, city, and municipality projects is a plus.\n\nExperience with Central and South-Central Texas geology and soil conditions is a plus.\n\nExperience with conventional and advanced geotechnical testing and data interpretation.\n\nKnowledgeable on routinely used geotechnical software.\n\nExcellent written and communication skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to solve complex problems.\n\nSelf‑motivated, organized, and detail oriented, with the ability to adhere to work assignments and schedules.\n\nTeam player who works effectively with supporting staff, managers, and clients.\n\nValid Texas driver's license with no history of accidents or alcohol/drug‑related traffic offenses and valid right to work documents.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nFrequent sitting, talking or hearing, and use of a computer and software applications such as Microsoft Office.\n\nAbility to lift and/or move concrete, soil, or asphalt samples up to 50 pounds.\n\nCapability to stand;
