The company supports store associates, external customers, and vendor teams to ensure a seamless service experience.2. About the Opportunity:The iPostal1 Support Representative is responsible for delivering remote customer support by assisting customers and store associates with service fulfillment and issue resolution. This role is key to maintaining a high standard of customer service through effective communication and problem-solving. The position involves managing contacts via phone, email, and chat, and providing sales options when appropriate. It contributes to operational efficiency by accurately documenting interactions and leveraging organizational resources to resolve customer needs.3. Responsibilities:• Make outbound and handle inbound phone calls, emails, and chat sessions with customers, stores, and vendors• Identify customer needs and direct them towards appropriate resolutions• Log all interactions and document service events in Salesforce• Create work orders and service events using internal systems• Collaborate with different organizational levels to ensure quality customer service• Communicate clearly and professionally; provide sales options and process sales through company systems• Work remotely with a reliable workspace and high-speed internet4. Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED• 3-5 years of customer support or service experience• Ability to apply technical and service knowledge to educate customers• Operational knowledge of Business and Technical Services policies and procedures• Strong communication and writing skills• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate service event records• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills related to customer service• Effective time management and operational productivity skills• Ability to multitask5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• $15.00 to $16.00 per hour based on skills and experience6.
