This role owns program management for customer experience features, architecture optimization, and partner enablement workstreams that reduce compatibility-related returns and drive incremental sales.\n\nUnicom builds compatibility intelligence across product categories in 11 geographies, processing data for millions of products to power shopping experiences throughout customers’ shopping journeys. This TPM coordinates between Unicom engineering teams and partner organizations including Catalog systems, data generation teams, and customer experience platforms.\n\nThis role requires understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and API architectures, with ability to build consensus across organizations.
