This is an execution leadership position for someone who can translate AI product vision into production-ready delivery, operate confidently in a regulated environment, and hold their own in technical design conversations.The OpportunityAs Technical Program Manager, you'll serve as the execution lead within the AI Transformation Pod, partnering directly with the AI Program Lead, engineering, data science, and operations teams to ship AI-enabled workflows at scale.The company is deploying AI across underwriting, pre-underwriting, and sales workflows, with the goal of improving operating efficiency, unit economics, and the customer experience for small businesses.
