{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"84523dd4bd7dea0fba154851","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/84523dd4bd7dea0fba154851","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/84523dd4bd7dea0fba154851","title":"Process and Reliability Lead","description":"TITLE: Process and Reliability Lead\nLOCATION: Mapleton Plant\nREPORTS TO: Production Manager\nThe Process and Reliability Lead will be responsible for assisting in the day to day activities of the operation to produce products of sufficient quality and quantity to meet the projected needs of customers.\nCore Responsibilities:\nKeeping historical data, analyzing and monitoring key efficiencies and parameters against design to assist Operations with troubleshooting and meeting costs and production goals.\nMonitoring process conditions and operational activities and proposes corrective action as needed to ensure operation of the process in a cost effective and efficient manner.\nPromoting environmental, health, safety and security programs in order to ensure workforce stability, eliminating losses attributable to personal injury or property damage, and comply with regulatory guidelines applicable to manufacturing processes and product characteristics.\nAnalyzing processes, developing new operating techniques and recommending changes or capital expenditures to maintain or improve business efficiencies, facility life and quality. Trains staff and documents process and maintenance changes.\nAssisting in the training and coaching of operations personnel in process design, operational techniques, and Ingredion Performance System (IPS) standards established to maintain business objectives and to provide organizational strength and individual growth within the organization.\nInstitutionalizing an atmosphere that stresses operator accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.\nLeading and executing reliability and maintenance activities as required to meet production needs of the business and ensure necessary maintenance is completed including but not limited to kitting/staging and work order management.\nPlanning and scheduling the Production and Maintenance for the site working with Packaging, Customer Service and maintenance contractors.\nEnsuring inventory accuracy through counts and audits.\nQualified candidates will have:\nBachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent in education and experience.\nExperience working in manufacturing environment.\nExperience with production and/or maintenance planning preferred.\nAbility to train and coach others to improve performance.\nCapacity to solve problems through creative, innovative solutions and challenge traditional methods of accomplishing tasks.\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Use of SAP, a plus.\nAbility to build consensus and foster positive relationships.\nAbility to learn and apply Ingredion’s Safety, GMP, Quality and IPS standards.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
