The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Pega CDH and modern AI-driven decisioning capabilities.Key Requirements:LSA/LDA certification in Pega (mandatory)10+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development and architectureProven experience working in the Telecom domainStrong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)Technical Skills:Experience with Pega Data Pipelines and decisioning frameworksExposure to Generative AI, AI Blueprint, and Agile toolsHands-on experience implementing NBA/NBX strategiesPrior experience working with Verizon environments is a strong plus
