What You’ll Be Responsible For You will own the paint scope on each job—from prep to final walkthrough. Lead and manage a painting crew on active job sites Prep surfaces properly (no shortcuts): sanding, caulking, patching, priming Execute high-quality finishes using brush, roller, and sprayer Maintain clean job sites and protect client homes at all times Work alongside install teams to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality Identify issues early and solve them without waiting for direction Ensure jobs are completed on time, clean, and client-ready Maintain tools, materials, and efficiency on every project What We Expect (Non-Negotiables) This is a leader role, not an entry-level position.
