Key duties include:Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans for various developmental stages.Documenting student progress through professional portfolios, displays, and photography.Maintaining proactive and professional daily communication with parents and guardians.Establishing a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.Collaborating with the teaching team to ensure full compliance with childcare licensing regulations.Professional QualificationsActive EEC certification and prior experience in a professional preschool setting.A professional, positive, and energetic demeanor with a focus on student nurturing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective parent engagement.Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to manage classroom priorities effectively.Compensation: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per yearThe Association for Early Learning Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving directors, owners and administrators of early care and education programs since 1984.
