We are proud & honored to provide these services.\nOverview of position:\nFEDITC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to work in the Washington, DC area\nA United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.\nAbility to attain and maintain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD)\nThis is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award.\nResponsibilities\nLead comprehensive development lifecycle management encompassing project management, budget operations, strategic development, and performance tracking.\nDirect large, multidisciplinary teams of network engineers, architects, and support personnel, ensuring alignment with DHS strategic objectives.\nManage staff scheduling and resource allocation to effectively meet project timelines and operational demands.\nOversee task management and reporting across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to milestones, and effective risk mitigation.\nConduct assessments of network tools, gather user requirements, and implement necessary system improvements.\nOptimize network operations, enhance Tier I-III support, and integrate automation solutions to improve network reliability, efficiency, and performance.\nProvide DHS leadership with strategic insights and recommendations for effective stewardship and continuous system enhancement.\nIdentify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and interdependencies both internally and externally.\nPerform research and development activities, including product evaluations and comparative analyses.\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation and manage records across platforms such as SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.\nPrepare and deliver weekly status reports and detailed monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs).\nEnsure strict compliance with DHS engineering life cycle processes, security policies (FISMA, NIST SP 800-53), ITIL best practices, and Zero Trust Architecture standards.\nPreferred Qualifications\n15+ years specifically supporting DHS LAN/WAN environments.\n10+ years managing DHS Authority to Operate (ATO) and Certification & Accreditation (C&A) activities.\nProven experience managing complex campus-scale network initiatives, such as DHS St. Elizabeth Campus.\nExtensive experience successfully leading DHS network modernization projects.\nExperience/Skills:\n15+ years leading programs supporting network systems infrastructure, specifically with over 5,500 field sites, 2+ data centers, and 175,000+ users.\nEducation:\nMaster’s Degree in a related field is required.\nCertifications Required:\nProject Management Professional (PMP) – Active\nCisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Active\nITILv4 Certification – Active\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – Active\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) – Active\nClearance:\nActive Secret clearance is required.\nAbility to attain and maintain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD)\nMust be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.\nMaintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).\nBenefits:\nPTO\nHoliday Pay\n401K with a 4% Match\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nGroup Life & AD&D\nVoluntary Life AD&D\nShort-term Disability\nLong-Term Disability\nHealth Savings Account\nFlexible Spending Account (Health and Dependent)\nCritical Illness Insurance\nAccident Insurance\nHospital Indemnity Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nFEDITC, LLC. is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.
