This role is responsible for managing shipping/receiving operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing technical configuration of hardware prior to deployment. The ideal candidate combines logistics experience with hands-on technical skills in scripting and system configuration.\n\nThis role is Full-Time, onsite 5 days a week at our Mesa, Arizona location.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nShipping & Receiving\nProcess incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently\nInspect received equipment for accuracy and damage\nPrepare, package, and ship hardware according to company standards\nCoordinate with vendors and carriers for timely deliveries\nMaintain shipping documentation and tracking records\nInventory Management\nMaintain accurate inventory counts and asset tracking records\nPerform routine cycle counts and full inventory audits\nUpdate inventory systems with serialized equipment and asset details\nOrganize and maintain warehouse and staging areas\nMonitor inventory levels and report restocking needs\nTechnical Configuration & Scripting\nConfigure network and endpoint devices prior to shipment (routers, switches, firewalls, PCs, etc.)\nDeploy standard configuration templates and firmware updates\nDevelop, modify, and execute configuration scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python, or vendor CLI scripting)\nValidate configurations through testing and quality assurance checks\nTroubleshoot basic hardware and configuration issues\nMaintain documentation for configuration standards and processes\n\nQualifications:\n2+ years of experience in shipping, inventory, or warehouse operations\nExperience with hardware staging and device configuration\nWorking knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar)\nFamiliarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, routing concepts)\nExperience with asset management or inventory tracking systems\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience configuring network equipment (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, etc.)\nFamiliarity with automation tools or configuration management systems\nCompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification\nExperience in an MSP or IT deployment environment\n\nWhy you'll love life at Command|Link\nJoin us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication.
