Role Description This is a full-time, on-site RSP (Route Sales Professional) role located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The RSP is responsible for delivering quality baked goods to various retail customers in a timely manner. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading products, driving delivery routes, replenishing store shelves, merchandising products, maintaining inventory records, and building strong professional relationships with store representatives to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role may also involve ensuring product freshness and adhering to safety and company procedures. Qualifications Experience in logistics, delivery, and route management to ensure timely and accurate product distributionStrong customer service and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact professionally with clientsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate delivery vehiclesOrganizational and time management skills for scheduling and managing delivery routes efficientlyPhysical stamina to lift, carry, and move goods safely as part of daily job functionsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredPrior experience in the baking, food, or beverage industry is a plus
