We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Data Services Analyst to join our Data team in Hampton.\r\nThe Data Analyst – Embedded (Education) is responsible for managing, analysing, and optimising data across the school's core information systems, primarily Schoolbox Learning Management System (LMS) and Synergetic Student Information System (SIS).\r\nThis role operates as a dedicated onsite resource for a single school, working closely with school leadership, administration staff, and educators to ensure data integrity, reporting capability, and system effectiveness across academic, operational, and compliance functions.\r\nWhat you'll do:\r\nDevelop and maintain data reports, dashboards, and insights to support school leadership.\r\nAnalyse academic, operational, and engagement data for decision-making.\r\nMaintain and support Synergetic SIS, including student records, attendance, academic reporting, timetabling, and enrolments.\r\nAdminister and optimise Schoolbox LMS, manage integrations, course data, and reporting workflows.\r\nAdminister Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and develop dashboards.\r\nEnsure data consistency across SIS, LMS, Power Platform, identity, and reporting systems; troubleshoot integration issues.\r\nMaintain data quality, governance standards, and documentation of data flows.\r\nSupport staff with best practice data entry and effective system use.\r\nCollaborate with leadership, academic, administrative, and ICT teams as the school's data subject matter expert.\r\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, automate reporting, and reduce manual work.\r\nWhat you'll bring:\r\nExperience with Student Information Systems (Synergetic preferred) and Learning Management Systems (Schoolbox preferred).\r\nStrong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills (Power BI, Crystal Reports, Excel).\r\nSQL or data query experience (desirable).\r\nAbility to generate actionable insights supporting student learning outcomes.\r\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.\r\nClear communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\r\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.\r\nFocus on process improvement and workflow optimisation.\r\nWhy You'll Love Working Here:\r\nHybrid working (for majority of our roles) with team anchor days to support collaboration.\r\nExtensive training and development opportunities that enable continual growth as part of your career planning.\r\nExtensive discounts and benefits to maximise your money.\r\nA choice of your IT equipment to maximise your success and access to cost-price tech for your personal needs.\r\nFun team events to celebrate achievements and connect to colleagues outside work as part of our engaging culture.\r\nCT celebrates diversity and enables every voice to be heard as we drive to create the world we want.
