We hope you’ll join us!\n\nWhat We’re Seeking\n\nA highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food safety and quality, as well as a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.\n\nWhat You’ll Do (Responsibilities)\n\nFood Safety and Quality:\n\nPerform routine quality checks on raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials according to company and regulatory standards\nAssist in preparing the production line for shift start-up. This includes bringing scales, O2/CO2 analyzer, trays, and utensils.\nFollow all GMPs and is responsible for monitoring GMP practices in the production rooms.\nMonitors line and equipment cleanliness prior to the start of day and after each break notifying the Line Controller or Production Lead of any issues.\nConducts portion control weights including machine adjustments, net weights, MAP checks, scale accuracy, label checks and quality checks at the line according to standard work.\n\nGMP and Safety:\n\nCooperate with all aspects of the safety program at E. A.
