The main goal of this position is to ensure that the project meets the intent of the contract documents. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional with a background in construction who enjoys being at the center of project operations and ensuring all moving parts stay on track.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the oversight and organization of project control documents. This role is integral to project communication, project administration, and document control. If you’re passionate about construction management, skilled in document control and scheduling, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this position is for you!\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee and organize submittals, RFIs, show drawings, plan logs, permit logs, procurement logs, and compliance documentation\n\nCoordinate and input schedules, safety inspections, and quality checks\n\nManage meeting minutes\n\nEnsure all trades, systems, and sources have been fully examined for compliance, coordination, and appropriate approvals\n\nProvide support to project managers and superintendents\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nExperience: 2+ years in construction or related field, and/or bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline. Moderate knowledge of multiple project types and trades. Participate in mid-size projects to large size projects\n\nSystems Knowledge: Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, AutoCAD (viewing)\n\nSkills: Proficient in plan reading, technical reading and writing, and critical thinking\n\nAttributes: Dedicated, resourceful, articulate, curious, analytical, reliable, organized, punctual.\n\nPosition\n\nReports to Project Manager and Senior Project Manager\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nDesk and computer-based work\n\nInspect job sites: walk 2-3 miles, climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding\n\nLift up to 15 pounds at a time\n\nCommute to job sites\n\nWhy Join Us\n\nWork in a growing and supportive environment\n\nGain exposure to a variety of construction projects\n\nBe part of a collaborative and knowledgeable team\n\nIf you're ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
