Information Technology Project Manager

Position SummaryThe Project Manager position is responsible for overseeing and managing technology-related projects from initiation to completion. This includes defining project scope, setting timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule. The IT Project Manager will work closely with various business units, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver IT solutions that meet organizational needs, improve processes, and contribute to the company’s overall strategic goals.Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day interactions of multiple or large-scale projects with internal team members, clients, and vendorsManage projects to a defined scope of work and implement scope management procedures when requiredMinimize exposure and risk across multiple projectsManage project budgetsManage project schedulesActivity and resourcing managementReview and present high-level deliverables across projectsFocus on customer satisfaction and build client relationshipsQualifications:5+ years of Project Management experience with technical implementations for customer-facing engagementsPMP certification preferredRecent program and project management experience leading VoIP, Data Center, Route & Switch, Wireless, and Security projectsPrevious MSP/VAR experience preferredProficiency with project management softwareMust be able to work independently, be a self-starter, and be tech-savvyProven experience with people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change managementAbility to aggressively track to project timelinesExcellent documentation skills and attention to detailStrong team skillsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on the computer.Occasional liftin pushing, pulling up to 15 lbs.Hybrid position: in-office and remote workdays.
