The Construction Project Manager will manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning and coordination to on-site supervision and final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in construction project management, preferably within elevators, HVAC, or similar trades.\nEssential Duties and Key Responsibilities\nProject Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, in collaboration with sales and installation teams.\nTeam Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors and internal staff, to ensure seamless project progression and adherence to specifications.\nBudget and Cost Management: Monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maintain profitability while delivering value to clients.\nClient Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\nVendor and Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.\nQualifications\nExperience:\nMinimum of 3 years of project management experience in construction, elevators, HVAC, or a related trade.\nProven track record of successfully managing multiple projects from inception to completion, including installations and modernizations.\nExperience working on residential and commercial construction projects in urban environments is a plus.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred.
