Dog Care Supervisor – Dog Daycare (NYC) Barkhouse | New York City Barkhouse is a modern NYC dog daycare focused on safety, structure, and exceptional care. We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Dog Care Supervisor to help lead our floor operations and support our dogs and team every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great dog care takes hard work, consistency, and strong leadership. You’ll lead by example, train and supervise Dog Handlers, and ensure our dogs receive thoughtful, attentive care in a clean and well-run environment. Key responsibilities: Train, supervise, and support the Dog Handler team Oversee daily feedings, dog rotations, and room management Monitor dog health and behavior and communicate updates to management Maintain cleanliness and safety standards Help ensure daily operations run smoothly What we’re looking for: Experience working with dogs in a daycare or similar setting Reliable, hardworking, and confident in a leadership role Comfortable with hands-on, physical work Strong communication and attention to detail A genuine commitment to dog wellbeing If you’re a dependable dog professional who takes pride in doing things the right way, we’d love to hear from you.
