This individual will serve as the primary owner of the CRM environment across multiple business units, driving platform governance, user adoption, system optimization, and business process improvements.The Engineering Manager will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. This role combines hands-on platform administration, solution design, development oversight, and team leadership.
