Title: Customer Relations Administrative CoordinatorDuration: 12-month contract w/ yearly extensionLocation: Atlanta GA In-office requirements: 2-3 days per week Onsite( Hybrid Work Arrangement)Position overviewProvide clerical and administrative support to the Customer Experience Department, Area field staff, and client personnel. Manage the voucher system, process payments to dealers, and handle goodwill check requests from customers. Conduct routine evaluations of sales contracts for repurchased units to identify any violations of the over MSRP Policy. Send correspondence to the Dealer Principal at the client Center and forward debit files to the Accounting department.Roles & responsibilitiesGenerate departmental check requests and related CRM documentation and prepare reports.Submit dealer payments and reimbursements to the accounting department.Conduct monthly assessments of sales contracts for repurchased units to identify violations of the over MSRP Policy. Send correspondence to the client Dealer Principal and submit debit files to accounting.Respond to inquiries from client dealers and client Field Managers regarding payments and vouchers.Administer the department’s goodwill voucher program, including maintaining and updating the voucher redemption website, processing dealer and voucher reimbursements, performing audits, providing dealership training and coaching, and creating reports as needed.Order and mail FL Lemon Law booklets to all Florida client bi-annually.Scan and attach relevant documents to CRM and shred the originals.Receive and distribute mail, and send packages as required.Organize meetings and department events.Compile monthly reports for various projects.Serve as backup for the Repurchase Claims Coordinator.Provide support to the Senior Manager of Customer Relations on ad hoc projectsQualificationsEducation: Associates’ Degree in Business Management and/or equivalent experience in administrative fieldExperience:2+ years’ experience in an administrative role1+ years in automotive industry a plusSkills:Good communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy of work.
