Under direct supervision, perform basic and routine electro-mechanical assembly operations.\nUse tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and other hand tools.\nRead and understand manufacturing assembly, packaging, and quality documentation.\nGive strong attention to detail.\nFollow verbal and written instructions such as drawing, schematics and work instructions in completing highly repetitive tasks.\nMaterial Handler Responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials and products within a warehouse and production facility.\nThey handle a variety of tasks, including receiving, staging/binning, production support and shipping while utilizing manual tools and equipment from pallet jacks, rack pullers, to operating machinery like forklifts/walkie riders, loading and unloading shipments, picking orders while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.\nEssentially, they ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the warehouse to support overall operations, production and customer needs.\nDress Code:\n\nFingernails should not exceed approximately 1/4” (6.35mm) beyond the tip of the finger\nMetal-free undergarments must be worn at all times, (COMPLETE SPORTS BRA)\nBoth male and female hair that is longer than shoulder length must be put in Hair Net or put up as a bun or other means of containment to avoid unsafe conditions. Also, no hats, headwraps or scarves are allowed\nSafety ESD Shoes only, No croc, slides, flip-flops, or open toe shoe per the Protective Footwear Policy. **If you leave the company within the first 30 days, you will be charged $100.00 for the cost of the shoes.\nMustaches and beards must be clean, well-trimmed and neat to avoid interfering with job performance and safety. Beards longer than 2” need to be contained in a beard net\nCapri pants and Shorts: Cargo shorts, sports shorts and capris are NOT allowed. (inappropriate cutoffs including but not limited to cutoffs which are too short, frayed or of improper size are not allowed (no yoga pants, stretch pants, tights,or leggings) Pants must cover ankles- no bare skin shown. Excessively tight and loose clothing, is not permitted\nBelts must be metal-free.\nSkirts and Dresses are NOT allowed past the metal detectors\nShirts and Blouses: Cut Off sleeves are NOT allowed. Inappropriate images or wording: vulgarity, sexual, nudity, etc. is not allowed (no tank tops and spaghetti straps)\nNo facial or head tattoos allowed with the exception of eyebrow\nJewelry that does not pass through metal detectors are not permitted (with the exception of wedding rings or medical alerts).
