This will be accomplished by learning what their client’s goals are and helping their clients achieve them.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nManage portfolio of customers’ account contract, program parameters, compliance and documentation including: terms and conditions updates, pricing renewals, customer program communication, incremental business onboarding, program changes, and e-business projects.\n\nServe as key contact for tactical account issues both external and internal. Heavy collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Tax, Legal, Credit, Finance etc.\n\nStrengthen relationships with key customer contacts and driving corporate business partnerships.\n\nManage account financial performance metrics to ensure maximum profitability, leveraging departmental price management process and tools.\n\nDevelop customer visits or sales meeting presentation strategy utilizing tools such as QBR’s, CBR reporting and Power Point presentations.
