Pop Up Interior Design and Project Manager

Company Description Parasol Projects is NYC’s premier Pop Up agency organizing Pop Ups since 2009 offering expert production services and a portfolio of leased Pop Up Spaces in New York City. Parasol serves as a one-stop shop for clients looking to launch art exhibitions, retail projects, showrooms, and events. From concept to production, Parasol Projects supports creative ideas at every step. Role Description This is a full time role for a Production Designer and Project Manager at Parasol Projects. The Production Designer will be responsible for communication with clients, production design and planning, production management, project management, and organizational tasks on a day-to-day basis. In addition, Parasol is continually maintaining its leased spaces and adding new spaces to it's inventory, this position will be involved in this aspect of the business as well. Qualifications Production Planning, budgeting and Project Management Production Management and Organization Skills Strong attention to detail and time management abilities Experience in event production or related field Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Knowledge of Pop Up industry trends and practices Experience with Vectorworks, able to create floor plans and elevations. Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Quickbooks, Adobe suite.
