This team member will be responsible for a versatile task list, exercising independent judgment in handling correspondence, preparing and distributing reports and presentation materials while providing project support, scheduling and calendar support, and general administrative duties in a collaborative environment.\r\nRole and Responsibilities Work directly with the CEO throughout the day to assist in delegating tasks, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic company operations\r\nManage and coordinate complex business and personal calendars, appointments, meetings, and commitments\r\nCoordinate and arrange business and personal travel\r\nUse Microsoft Office proficiently and display an interest in learning additional tools and technologies\r\nCompose, manage, and maintain confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents\r\nPrepare agendas, notices, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up action items as requested\r\nCreate, distribute, and track electronic documents and communications\r\nResearch and coordinate vendors, services, events, and other resources as needed\r\nAnticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively identify solutions to scheduling conflicts, logistical challenges, and administrative needs\r\nServe as a trusted partner while maintaining a consistent and open line of communication with the CEO\r\nMaintain a highly organized, efficient, and functional work environment\r\nUphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding company and personal matters\r\nBill all project-related hours worked to the appropriate project(s)\r\nPerform other duties as assigned\r\nHiring Requirements Minimum of three years of executive administrative, executive assistant, personal assistant, or related experience\r\nAbility to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders\r\nExceptional organizational and time-management skills, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and prioritizing competing demands\r\nDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion\r\nStrong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively\r\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing priorities\r\nPhysical Requirements Able to see, talk, and hear\r\nAble to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and use hands to finger, handle, and type\r\nAble to occasionally push, pull, lift, and/or carry supplies up to 25 pounds\r\nAble to perform physical and repetitive motions\r\nAdditional Training/Certification CCI Annual General Construction Safety Training\r\nFirst Aid/CPR Certification\r\nCompensation and Benefits This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position.
