Provides audit reports to distribution center leadership to communicate operational accuracy, product quality, and compliance metrics. Inspects quality and control measures to evaluate procedures in compliance with the organization's standards and regulations.\n\nPrimary Job Duties & Responsibilities Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the audit function under general supervision. Reviews documentation, records, and procedures to verify adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, inventory control measures, and other relevant guidelines. Conducts audits of quality checks, new hires, training, store orders, chase, and stocking to ensure compliance with area procedures. Completes audit reports to communicate results, issues, and concerns. Analyzes data, collect performance metrics, and compares them against established benchmarks or industry best practices. Provides recommendations to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Provides audit reports to distribution center leadership to communicate operational accuracy, product quality, and compliance metrics. Inspects quality and control measures to evaluate procedures in compliance with the organization's standards and regulations. Evaluates inventory management systems and suggests enhancements for better accuracy and control. Uses statistical methods, data visualization tools, and software applications to extract insights and detect potential issues and provides data-driven recommendations to enhance decision-making, optimize processes, and mitigate risks. Develops effective relationships with all team members to ensure daily communication to resolve issues and prevent delays in service.\n\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrior Relevant Work Experience\n0-1 year\nEssential Qualifications\nWorking knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40\nTime Type\nFull time\nPay Range\nThe Typical Pay Range For This Role Is\n$17.00 - $34.15\nThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
