GDOT will provide training on these products. The candidate will deliver training for desktop, web, and mobile applications, identify training needs, and develop content accordingly. Responsibilities include publishing training schedules in GDOT Learning Management System (Oracle/Workday), managing learner enrollments, testing, completions, and administering assessments. The candidate will also gather feedback through surveys, develop relationships within GDOT to increase class participation, and facilitate vendor-led training.\r\nThe candidate will develop and update IT training content such as PowerPoint presentations, Trainer Guides, User Manuals, Videos, and e-learning modules, engaging with technical staff for content creation.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360/Storyline is highly desirable.\r\nAdditional responsibilities include recordkeeping, tracking activities, and ensuring data accuracy.\r\nThe role involves working as part of the GDOT IT Training Team, reporting to a Team Leader/Supervisor, and delivering statewide training on approximately 40 applications across various transportation topics.\r\nSeniority level Mid-Senior level\r\nEmployment type Contract\r\nJob function Information Technology\r\nThis job posting appears active.
