We’re looking for a Manager Human Resources who is ready to influence leaders, strengthen culture, and drive department strategies that support a high performing organization. This position is based out of our Sioux Falls office.\n\nWhat you’ll do: Reporting to the VP Human Resources, this position will serve as an operational HR partner to leaders and employees throughout the United States, as well as Canada and Mexico, supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role leads and/or partners on HR programs including employee relations, performance management, talent processes, compliance, and employee development. It also provides day-to-day leadership to direct reports.\n\nServe as a role model for company values, professionalism, and confidentiality\nProvide guidance to managers on employees relations, performance improvement, and offboarding\nSupport audits, investigations, and documentation requirements\nSupport learning, development, and career progression initiatives\nEnsure consistent and compliant application of company policies and practices\nSupport annual performance review and merit processes\nPartner with HR leadership on benefit and compensation administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, and department goals, projects and initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, state laws, and international requirements where applicable)\nProvide leadership, coaching, and direction to direct reports, including goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning\nConfigure and maintain HRIS and related team systems and ensure accurate employee data maintained\nWhat you’ll need:\n\nBachelor's degree in Business or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.\nDemonstrated ability to be a highly effective people leader, with the ability to provide clear direction, hold team members accountable, and foster a positive work environment.\nMust be a highly collaborative individual who balances care for people with accountability for performance.\nExperience supporting multi-location or international workforces preferred.\nA thorough understanding and working knowledge of compensation/benefits, employment law and government compliance regulations are required.\nPosition requires strong negotiation, interpersonal as well as written and oral communication, organization, attention to detail and analytic skills; the ability to influence and build partnering relationships.\nThe ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality is critical as is the ability to effectively manage ambiguity.\nStrong business acumen, communication proficiency, customer focus, and a drive to achieve results.\nA strong technical aptitude is required, including the ability to configure and support HRIS system to enable HR processes.\nPrior computer experience including HRIS software, word processing and spreadsheet applications required (Dayforce, Microsoft Word and Excel applications preferred).\nTogether, we can build your future!
