We’re seeking an enthusiastic Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience in our upscale dining room.\n\nSchedule:\n\nFull Time | - Every other weekend requirement\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nProvide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests\nEnsure a fine dining atmosphere with attention to detail\nCollaborate with the culinary team for smooth meal service\nMaintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nPrevious server experience, preferably in upscale dining or hospitality\nPositive, professional demeanor and teamwork focus\nPassion for providing outstanding service\nThe primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.\nAreas of Responsibility\n\nGreet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.\nServe food in an efficient and professional manner.\nClear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.\nMaintain a clean dining room.
