This role will lead the development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. The Program Manager will build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, obtain consensus, and lead acquisition delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage program and technical project performance, cost, schedule, and risk.\nOrchestrate the development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation.\nBuild and maintain external stakeholder relationships to achieve consensus and support acquisition delivery.\nIdentify and analyze program risks, issues, and opportunities; propose responses and manage associated handling plans.\nMake decisions and recommendations regarding cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n10+ years of experience in DoW acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations.\n4+ years of program management experience making decisions or recommendations regarding cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs.\n2+ years of experience planning and executing cloud infrastructure programs.\nExperience with complex DoW acquisition, systems engineering, digital transformation, or cloud modernization programs.\nExperience identifying and analyzing program risks, issues, and opportunities, proposing responses, and managing handling plans.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nExperience with IL4, IL5, or IL6 environments, including classified and disconnected environments.\nAbility to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrate initiative, complete complex tasks, and learn and solve problems quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work on the client site five days per week.\nSecret clearance.\nBachelor’s degree.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience working with DoD space, SATCOM, or satellite ground systems.\nExperience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence.\nTop Secret clearance.\nMaster’s degree.\n\nHow You Will Be Rewarded\n\nThe salary range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000 annually.
