Psychosocial Rehabilitation Supervisor
Position Overview: The PSR Supervisor is responsible for providing direct client care and overseeing the psychosocial rehabilitation services and assigned team members to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services. The PSR Supervisor supports the compliance of the fiscal, ethical and legal standards upheld by Right Path Behavioral Health Services and Medicaid.
Essential Functions
Coordinate with the PSR Director about services provided and set goals for Community Support Counselors.
Complete weekly billing and payroll.
Ensure billable hours are met for each PSR team member.
Ensure notes are submitted daily.
Manage time off request.
Review, lock and sign progress notes weekly.
Assist with review all Bio-psychosocial Assessments and Treatments Plans within the community support counselor team.
Monitors all documentation including treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, biopsychosocial assessments, required demographic reports, and discharge documentation.
Required Knowledge/Experience:
Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral science or equivalent field of study
Have a minimum of one year of management experience
Must pass a level II criminal background check
