Be part of a legacy of excellence and growth with sg360°!\n\nOur company is seeking for MBO operators for 1st shift (6am-2pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) & 3rd shift (10pm-6am). They will be responsible for performing routine setup tasks, such as setup Roll to Sheet/folded on MBO or Hunkler line, setup/operate product counters, setup/operate glue systems; able to setup basic paper transport path including simple attaching (ex. Simple card non-critical, single plow fold; etc.)\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\n\nSet up glue (hot melt) in lines, elongated dots, and dots perf job ticket\nSet up multi-feed units to feed carriers and attached components; more standardized simplified formats\nWork with operators, feeders, and catchers to ensure they understand how to properly load/produce/pack product on the machine\nAble to achieve and where possible exceed target net production rates per job specifications\nAbility to make repairs to line equipment when parts are available and in hand\nUnderstanding of equipment and processes\nConduct preventative maintenance and identity items to repair\nBe able to safely remove a jam from equipment without risk or injury or damage to the equipment\nKnow how to safely power up/down the equipment\nKnow how to identify glue required, and keep the glue tanks properly filled\nEnsures all required documentation is completed on the production line for all team members and turned in to the supervisor\nResponds to QC alerts and concerns with the required measures to satisfy the situation by requesting the right assistance (supervision, setup, or mechanical technician, etc.)\nAlerts supervisor to any condition where excessive downtime is being experienced\nKeeps the area clean and safe throughout shift\nKnowledge of all positions on a production line to help assist when needed\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements:\n\nQualifications\n\nEducation & Experience Requirements\n\n2+ years of folding experience\nAbility to work in a team environment\nIntermediate level of computer skills\nGreat oral communication skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent preferred\nBi-lingual in English and Spanish (both oral & written is desired)\n\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment\n\nMust be physically capable of working long hours, standing, and/or walking repeatedly throughout the shift\nPosition requires some mechanical aptitude\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently\n\nSG360° is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
