Every customer deployment starts with your work.\nWhat you'll do:\nBuild the platform that gives a single Kos a unified presence across email, Teams, Slack, Zoom, and phone\nBuild the identity, RBAC, and audit-log layer that gives Kos its own permissions in a customer's org. It has to stand up to enterprise security review.\nDesign integrations with customer systems. NetSuite and similar ERPs, SharePoint, Google Drive, and whatever accounting tools a customer runs.\nOwn deployment, observability, and on-call for the production platform as customer count grows\nHarden the platform so applied engineering can stand up a new customer in days, not weeks\nSet the hiring bar and culture for Kos.ai\n\nYou\nStrong fundamentals: Bachelors / Masters / PhD in CS/EE from top-tier universities, 2+ years of experience\nYou've shipped production systems and you've been on-call for them.\nDeep experience with at least one of: enterprise identity and RBAC, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace integrations, ERP connectivity (NetSuite, or similar enterprise ERPs like SAP or Oracle), multi-channel messaging infrastructure\nYou bias toward shippable, observable systems over research prototypes. You'd rather ship a working v1 and iterate than design the perfect v3 on a whiteboard.\nYou can own on-call for production and sleep through most nights because your observability is good\nSOC 2 audits and vendor security questionnaires don't scare you.
