We are seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our pastry team—an individual with strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for refined desserts and production. Position Summary The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for the execution and organization of a designated area within the pastry kitchen. This role supports daily service, production, and plating while upholding the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Responsibilities Execute all pastry production and service components with precision and consistency Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workstation at all times Assist in the preparation of plated desserts, mignardises, and bread or viennoiserie programs as needed Follow recipes and techniques with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with the pastry and savory teams to ensure seamless service Support ordering, inventory, and product rotation Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level pastry kitchen preferred Strong foundational pastry techniques and knife skills High level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow Compensation & Benefits Hourly compensation: $21/hour + tips Competitive total compensation (typically ranging from ~$75,000–$85,000 annually) Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) eligibility after one year Dining discounts across Quince & Co. concepts Opportunities for growth within a respected and evolving restaurant group Why Quince At Quince, we are committed to excellence at every level.
