This includes off-side facilities in the local area. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime as required to meet mission objectives. Technician will be required to carry the after hours on-call phone. This is a rotating responsibility in the HVAC shop and will be assigned by the HVAC Supervisor. Technician will be required to be on campus for pre-hurricane activities and will be required to report to campus post-hurricane as directed.\nResponsibilities include:\nDaily inspections and maintenance of air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.\nHelp troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair or replace equipment and systems as directed.\nPerform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed.\nMaintain and submit records regarding time and materials expended on projects.\nMaintain tools and equipment in safe, clean, and orderly condition.\nCarry a rotating cell phone for after-hours emergency calls.
