As an ASPIN Certified Health Insurance Navigator, you will provide essential support to those in need, addressing the social determinants of health and ensuring they receive the coverage they deserve. What We Offer: Comprehensive Training: Get paid to train online and become certified by both Federal and State programs. Remote Work Setup: Work from a home office with all necessary equipment provided, including a computer, software, printer, and cell phone. Travel and in person appointments in the community are required. Competitive Compensation: Earn a starting hourly rate of $19.65, or $21.00 for bilingual navigators. What You'll Do: Personalized Assistance: Offer free enrollment help via virtual or in person appointments, guide plan selection, and educate on financial eligibility and next steps. Community Engagement: Conduct group presentations, participate in outreach events, and distribute marketing materials to inform the community about available services. Ongoing Support: Follow up with applicants to ensure they complete the enrollment process and receive the support they need. Requirements: Minimum of an associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background check (IDOI requirement).
