Ensure technical assistance and consultation is offered on issues related to regulations, child development, working with special services, business management, and career development. The specialist will maintain processes for tracking data to support all reporting requirements that apply to the program. Adhere to all contractual and regulatory requirements.\n\n Ideal skills\n\nExperience working with database systems and tracking systems and a variety of virtual platforms.\nStrong organizational and competent math skills.\nCommunication and language skills to comprehend documents and other correspondence.\nStrong computer skills with basic knowledge of Excel Microsoft office and other office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax etc...\nAbility to interact with customers from a variety of backgrounds and with different levels of management.\nAbility to exercise occasional independent judgement.\nCapability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written and oral form.\nAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\n\nEducation requirements\n\nAssociate’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or Related Field\n\nThe ideal candidate must have a driver’s license, meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
