The program combines real-world project assignments, cross-functional learning, mentorship, and leadership engagement to help participants understand how Florida delivers and operates one of the nation's most complex transportation systems.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a curious, high-potential professional who wants to learn how a major transportation organization operates from multiple perspectives. Beyond technical knowledge, successful participants bring strong communication skills, initiative, adaptability, and a passion for collaboration, continuous learning, and leadership development.
