This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in supporting day-to-day HR operations.You’ll be deeply involved in core HR processes including employee support, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS management, and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation across the employee lifecycle.This role is ideal for someone who:Thrives in a process-driven, high-volume environmentIs solutions-oriented and enjoys problem-solvingHas strong attention to detail and takes pride in operational excellenceWhat You’ll DoServe as a primary point of contact for employees, responding to HR inquiries and resolving issues via ticketing systems and direct interactionManage a high volume of HR transactions including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation changesMaintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and complianceCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientationSupport payroll by ensuring timely and accurate data submission and resolving related inquiriesAssist with benefits administration, including employee support and open enrollment coordinationPartner with HR leadership on employee relations matters, including documentation and issue resolution supportEnsure consistent application of company policies and maintain HR documentationSupport audits and compliance efforts through organized recordkeepingCoordinate training logistics and track participationIdentify process improvements and recommend practical, scalable solutionsAssist with job description updates and general HR documentationSupport additional HR projects and administrative needs as assignedWhat You Bring4–7 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on operations and employee supportExperience in high-volume, process-driven environments (manufacturing, construction, automotive, or similar preferred)Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and employee data managementUnderstanding of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirementsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approachBilingual Spanish/English is a plusBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchGenerous paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancement within a growing organizationIf you’re someone who enjoys building structure, solving problems, and keeping HR operations running seamlessly, we’d love to connect.
