12 months\nW2 Only\nMust Have\nDeltaV/SCADA\n5yeras of Network Engineer\nMission:\nThis position, based in Genentech's Hillsboro, Oregon facility, provides the opportunity to have a key role in a highly automated pharmaceutical drug substance facility.\nThe site employs highly integrated computer control systems to manage plant operations and manufacturing data.\nWhat you’ll be working on:\nActive involvement in the daily operations for all Manufacturing IT OT systems to support the system owners for all Manufacturing systems and supporting the team in manufacturing site projects and with various administrative tasks.\nThis include activities like:\nSupport System Owner squad in the overall procurement, development, integration, modification, operation, maintenance, and retirement of SCADA, PCS, BAS, PI, and MES.\nSupport validation activities\nResponsibility for the Periodic System Audit Trail Review\nPerform annual automation account review\nUser account auditing, provisioning, resets and activation for all IT and OT systems\nCreating reports for various systems on demand\nWork with the System Owners and Business Process Owners for the upgrade/patching and changes to the system to ensure GMP compliance.\nDisaster Recovery Documentation & Business Continuity Testing\nManage the Internal and External Inspection Agency Support\nManage onCall phone list\nPerform IMS Tag loading\nReview ServiceNow tickets and either address them or route them to the SME\nRun monthly site termination report and updates to AD\nSupport on documents management systems (Veeva, Condor, eVal Roche)\nSupport the team with administrative tasks\nEducation:\nMinimum bachelor's degree in computer engineering,\nAutomation Engineering or similar\nMinimum 5 years of experience in system and/or network administration\nTechnical skills\nSystem administration, supporting multiple platforms and applications\nBiopharmaceutical or similar Manufacturing domain knowledge.\nApplication Engineering experience with manufacturing control systems in a highly automated manufacturing environment, preferably Distributed Control Systems (e.g. DeltaV), SCADA and HMI’s (e.g Rockwell FactoryTalk), Building Automation (e.g. Siemens Desigo), Environmental monitoring and control\nApplication Engineering experience with manufacturing management systems, such as Manufacturing Execution System (Preferrably Emerson Syncade and or Rockwell PharmaSuite), Data Historian (e.g. OSI PI ), LIMS, ERP etc.\nExperience as an Application Engineer for Rockwell FactoryTalk SCADA system or\nExperience with industrial data and control interfaces, preferably OPC and OPC-UA\nKeep abreast of key Manufacturing IT trends and be curious - Smart Buildings, Smart Manufacturing, Industrial IoT, Manufacturing Digital Plant Maturity, Cybersecurity, Pharma 4.0, Data Integrity principles, technology, and data standardization, etc.\nKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Health Authority practices, 21 CFR Part 11,cGMP Annex 11, Data Integrity principles.\nEntrepreneurial mindset e.g. \"automating automation\"\nJob Type: Contract\nPay: $60.00 -
