consistent and reliable delivery of products with a focus on delivering value that aligns with customer and business needs.Technical Oversight & ArchitectureProvide technical guidance and oversight for systems built using:C# / .NET CoreAzure App Services and Azure FunctionsAzure SQLPartner with architects and senior engineers to evolve platform architecture and technical standardsPromote engineering best practices including:Automated testingSecure codingCode reviewsPerformance optimizationObservability and monitoringInfrastructure as CodeContinuous Integration and DeploymentProduct & Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end product success.Align engineering execution with business priorities, timelines, and budgets.Communicate progress, risks, and technical direction to senior leadership.Operational ExcellenceOwn production stability, monitoring, and incident response for engineering-owned solutions.Drive continuous improvement in reliability, cost efficiency, and scalability.Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and governance requirements.Software Engineering Manager Required Qualifications:Proven engineering leadership experience, including at least 5+ years leading software engineering teams and mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment.5+ years of professional software development experience, providing technical credibility to guide engineering decisions.Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing engineering teams, including coaching, performance management, and career development.Experience leading agile development teams and driving predictable delivery of high-quality enterprise software.Strong ability to align engineering efforts with business priorities, balancing product delivery, technical quality, and long-term platform health.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and business stakeholders to define priorities and deliver customer value.Preferred Qualifications:Experience scaling engineering teams and SaaS platforms in multi-tenant or B2B environments.Familiarity with cloud-native development and delivery practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms such as Azure.Exposure to AI-enabled applications or services, including integrating AI capabilities into modern software platforms.Experience operating within regulated or compliance-sensitive environments (GovRAMP, FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).Proven ability to balance innovation, technical debt management, and platform reliability while delivering new features.Success MeasuresHigh team engagement and retention.On-time delivery of product roadmap
