In this role, you will help prepare payroll inputs and import files, support payroll processing for assigned pay groups and cycles, maintain accurate payroll records, and assist with reporting and post-payroll activities. You will also monitor the payroll inbox and helpdesk queue, be the key point of contact for routine employee payroll questions and escalate more complex issues as needed.
