We all win together.WHAT WE’LL NEEDThe Sr. Analyst of Delivery Analytics, reporting directly to the company's Director of Growth Strategy, will lead the team’s insights and analytics efforts to monitor Delivery channel performance and inform strategies impacting revenue and profitability. You will partner cross functionally to foster a data-driven culture and advance data and analytics transformation.Work cross functionally to develop a holistic perspective that considers sales performance, customer insights, unit economics, operations, marketing and other parts of our business to shape our growth strategiesLead the analytics and performance monitoring efforts for the teamCreate, deliver, and disseminate key metrics to monitor the success of our channelsDirect the creation of data visualization tools utilizing existing and newly developed metrics to evaluate business results and impact of strategic initiativesIdentify, analyze, and interpret current and emerging trends impacting our industry and our brandCollaborate with our technology, consumer insights, and digital teams to continually enhance and evolve our reporting and modeling capabilities with a focus on predictive analyticsFoster a data driven culture and champion your team’s work to infuse data, analytics, and insights throughout the organizationWHAT YOU’LL NEEDBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or Marketing is preferred; or credentials within related data/analytical fieldsMaster’s or PhD degree in mathematics, analytics, statistics, or actuarial science a plus3+ years of experience working in data analysis, advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or optimizationAbility to understand business objectives and requirements, organize and interpret research results, and deliver insights and recommendationsMust possess strong abilities and interest in analyzing and extracting useful, business-related information from large amounts of dataCan handle high volumes of work with ability to prioritize effectively and hit promised timelinesKnowledge of data pipeline, data science and/or relevant programming (SQL, Python, etc.)Experience with data query tools such as SQL and BI platforms such as PowerBI and SnowflakeExperience with the Microsoft Office SuiteWHO YOU ARE HUMBLE: Embracing humbleness fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment, where individuals prioritize the success of the team over personal recognition, ultimately contributing to a more cohesive and effective workplace.HUNGRY: There’s a fire in you to keep pursuing excellence.
