Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.\r\nWhat you will do Implementation and management of environmental compliance systems, ensuring environmentally sound and sustainable work practices and compliance with corporate, local, state and federal regulations.\r\nPrimary responsibility for Air, Water and Waste compliance with secondary responsibility for safety compliance.\r\nCreate and maintain environmental management systems to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, site permits, and to meet corporate standards.\r\nPrimary interface with regulatory agencies, preparing required documentation, scheduling and performing any required testing and providing additional follow-up documentation as required.\r\nManage on-site wastewater treatment system; focus on optimization of water treatment strategy and use reduction measures.\r\nConduct site assessments for adherence to company policies and programs and compliance with state local and federal regulations.\r\nProvide support and leadership during audits of the site by state and federal regulatory agencies.\r\nProvide facility leadership with timely guidance on new or changing compliance requirements.\r\nStand and walk through manufacturing and/or laboratory facilities throughout the day; climb to elevated positions or stoop to low levels to make physical observations; noise level is moderate.\r\nWork under safety sensitive role requirements, including possible additional drug screening.\r\nWhat you will bring Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or related Engineering field preferred.\r\nMinimum of 5+ years of environmental compliance experience in an industrial setting.\r\nCandidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience, relevant skills and alignment with leadership principles are prioritized.\r\nExcellent computer skills in Excel, MS Office, Outlook; knowledge of RADIUS and Oracle a plus.\r\nMust possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous three years.\r\nCompensation Annual Base Salary Range: $65,200.00 – $118,860.00. Compensation to be based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
